Ingredient-wise, this is really a full package! We have some great emollients, humectants, peptides (although at the end of the list), soothing Centella, etc. But I believe the color is the main selling point of this product…I mean it does look pretty! The blue color is because of Guaiazulene also known as Azulene, which is a component of Chamomile oil. Azulene is known to have anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, soothing properties. You can read more about it here.

Who is it for?

Dry skin people (in summers), good for oily skin as a winter cream, for combi skin people during transitional months; a BIG no for humid months though. I use this only during transition weather months (say March-April or Sept-Oct). Basically, if you have normal-dry skin and your place has long dry summers, this is for you. Any other skin type would require constant gauging when using this. Like I said, by combination skin loves it, but only during certain months.

About its claims…

It does everything that it says on the label; in fact, it does more. It instantly calms down itchy skin, any rash, and is a fantastic after-sun treatment. I don’t use it for spot treatment, nor do I use it every day, but it surely is a permanent in my skincare kit. It’s thick, but at the same time light, spreads evenly and is not sticky at all. All in all, a great product for sensitive or sensitized skin.
